Medan Baru restaurant has been serving authentic cuisine of the Northernmost Sumatera since its inception in 1970. Located in Pasar Baru, this restaurant offers an excellent introduction to traditional Aceh delicacy, such as the famed Gulai Kepala Ikan, a signature dish of snapper head doused in curry sauce.
