To commemorate the event of the Giant Meeting, was built IKADA Monument. This monument describe the figure of five youths, a minimal number that can describe the mass of people with determination, courage, optimism, with the flag of Merah Putih.
This monument was completed on February 1, 1988, laying its first stone on 19 September 1987, and inaugurated on May 20, 1988 by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Wiyogo Atmodarminto. The idea of establishing this monument comes from the Regional Council Daily 45, and the idea was welcomed by the then Governor of Jakarta, R. Suprapto. IKADA Monument was designed by Sunaryo, a lecturer of ITB and a famous sculptor. The statue was made in a modern style and became the East Corner Monument Square.
