Pancong kue is one of the popular cake as a typical culinary from Batavia. this cake looks almost the same as the pukis cake because it makes use the same mold, but the taste and texture is different.
In the admixture this cake does not use sugar. Pancong kue use ingredients such as rice flour, grated coconut, salt and coconut milk so it tastes delicious and tasty. Sugar consumption is only used for toppings or sprinkles on top.
This cake is still familiar and easily found as one of the trditional market.
