The city administration is going to form e-PHL. It is hoped able to eliminate the fictitious contract employees in the capital.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, e-PHL is formed, because there are found many fictitious contract employees, freelancers and PPSU.

"Formerly, we found fictitious freelancers and anything. It has involved the interns in the office," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (10/3).

He explains, through e-PHL, he could directly know the performance of the contract employees. Later on the system would be connected to Jakarta Smart City.

"I want to know, thus not overlap. And I want the system can also monitor employees in various fields," he disclosed.

Basuki wants it can be implemented this week. It will be managed by Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Dept and Regional Employment Agency (BKD).

Aside that, performance monitoring towards PPSU and freelancer is also done through closed circuit television (CCTV). By doing so, it is hoped they could give the best performance in future.

"I'll see them from CCTV," he finished.
