Beach Music Party

Being a tourist and culture city, Jakarta is one of international tourist destinations. Therefore, the government of DKI Jakarta always tries to hold creative events, both national as well as international. This time, it will hold a big music event by the end of the year, entitled Jakarta Music Festival (JMF). The event will be held from October 29th – October 1st, 2015 at Ancol Beach City, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, presenting top musicians of all genres of music, from rock, reggae, jazz, pop, and not to miss, dangdut.
“Jakarta Music Festival is a music event that we organize for all levels of the community. The event is expected to attract not only the citizens of Jakarta but also tourists, as music is a strong media to unite people,” said Cucu, representing the Jakarta Tourism Office.
Having a theme “Beach Music Party”, JMF 2015 is expected to give an added value to Jakarta’s image as the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia not just as a metropolitan city but also a city with amazing tourist uniqueness.
“Taman Impian Jaya Ancol welcomes JMF 2015. Ancol is one of the beaches frequently being a tourist spot and venue for events. We’re sure that JMF 2015 will be the most festive beach party,” Ir. Yosef S. Nugroho, General Manager of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk., said.
To enliven the event, a number of top musicians have been selected to perform, including:
1.      Thursday, October 29th, 2015.

Artists: DJ Una, Zaskia Gotic,Siti Badriah, The Groove, JKT 48, Sammy Simorangkir, Virzha, Rinni Wulandari, Tony Q, Steven Jam, Peron Satoe, Monkey Boots, Via Vallen.
2.      Friday, October 30th, 2015.
Host: Jamie Aditya, Alice, Bacun Hakim.
Artists: DJ Reza Bukan, Janeta Janet, The Sigit, D’Masiv, Teza Sumendra, Mike Mohede, Nidji, Andra&The Backbone, Rio Febrian, Afgan, Syaharani, Mariyos Band, Mocca, Repvblik, Pia “Utopia.”
3.      Saturday, October 31st, 2015.

“Citizens in Jakarta always await music events with top musicians because entertainment is one of human prime needs. Being held at a pleasant location on the beach, I’m sure that JMF 2015 will be successful. Presenting quality musicians, JMF 2015 is expected to unite the people from all levels and cultural backgrounds and to prove that Jakarta is conducive for entertaining music activities as well as at the same time to be a media to promote tourism and the variety of cultures of Jakarta.
Not just music performances, people can enjoy some other activities at JM F 2015, such as: activities of various communities (RAPI (Radio Antar Penduduk Indonesia, BOI (Binelli Owner Indonesia), DCC (Depok Car Community), WCC (White Car Community), Mercedes, Jeep Indonesia) and Instgram photo contest by posting photos at Instagram with hashtag #jmf2015 to get a prize of Polaroid Cube Camera and a grand prize of 1 unit of iPhone
A beach party with a festivity of various Indonesian music genres can only be found at JMF 2015 to be held from October 29th – November 1st, 2015 at Ancol Beach City, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, from 19.00 – 23.00. Other good news is that no special ticket is required to enjoy JMF 2015 except the entrance ticket to enter Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.
